- Orders without print-on-demand item(s) typically take 7-10 business days to process
- Orders with print-on-demand item(s) typically take 1-7 business days to process
- Orders with personalized items will take 1-3 business days more to process.
2. SHIPPING METHODS, SHIPPING TIME, AND SHIPPING FEE
Based on the actual weight of your order, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown to you. Available shipping methods for your order, with the specific shipping time and rates, will be displayed at checkout.
- Some special items, such as liquid goods, can only be shipped using the Eco-shipping method, increasing this method's cost of worldwide delivery.

- Final delivery is often handled by the local postal. Actual shipping time may vary depending on its service.
- During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carrier services may require an additional 5-10 business days for shipping.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address.
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. 4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 06 hours of placing your order via the email address at the bottom of this page or fill in this Contact Form.
5. CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
